Blue Sudds provides laundry and dry cleaning related services including:

- Shoe Cleaning
- Curtain Cleaning
- Pickup & Delivery services
🚚Pickup & Delivery
- Pickup and delivery are available in selected areas.
- Customers must provide correct address and phone number.
- Delivery time may vary due to order load, weather, traffic or unavoidable delays.
- Customer should be available at the scheduled pickup/delivery time.
🏷️Pricing & Payment
- Final price may depend on garment type, fabric, quantity and special care requirements.
- Stain treatment, express delivery or special handling may include additional charges.
- Payment must be completed as per the agreed billing method.
- Any pricing update will be communicated before processing whenever required.
👕Garment Care & Customer Responsibility
- Please check pockets before handing over clothes.
- Blue Sudds is not responsible for money, jewellery, documents or items left inside pockets.
- Please inform us about delicate fabrics, stains, color bleeding risk or special instructions.
- Old, weak, damaged or color-sensitive garments are processed at customer risk.
🛡️Damage, Loss & Liability
We handle every garment carefully. However, some fabrics may react differently due to age, weak stitching, previous damage, color bleeding, manufacturer defects or fabric quality.
- Any claim must be reported immediately after delivery.
- Claims will be reviewed fairly by the Blue Sudds team.
- Liability, if accepted, will be limited as per service value and internal assessment.
↩️Cancellation & Order Changes
- Pickup can be cancelled before the pickup executive reaches your location.
- Once clothes are collected and processing starts, cancellation may not be possible.
- Delivery time or service changes depend on availability.
